We're an opinionated agency. Saying yes to the wrong work is the fastest way to be bad at the right work — so this page exists to qualify out, fast and politely, before either of us wastes the other's time.

If you want the cheapest available option
We're not the cheapest, and we're not trying to be. If price is the deciding factor, an Upwork freelancer or a no-code generalist is a better fit. We compete on whether the system actually gets adopted, not on hourly rate.

If you want us to work on spec or for equity
We don't. Implementation work is real labour with real opportunity cost. We're happy to discount a first project to seed a relationship; we won't trade billable time for a percentage of an outcome we don't control.

If you're an enterprise procurement path
200+ headcount, legal review on every contract, committee buying — we're not built for that. The procurement overhead breaks our economics, and an enterprise consultancy is honestly a better fit for that buying shape.

If you're a DTC ecommerce brand
Shopify Sidekick is free, Klaviyo AI and Gorgias AI are native, and the customer-bot backlash is real. We can't add enough value above what's already in your stack to justify the spend.

If you're a local services or trades business
ServiceTitan, Avoca, Dynode, and the wider AAA-guru-agency ecosystem already serve this market well at price points we can't match. We'd be over-priced for the result you'd get.

If you're a pre-revenue founder with an AI idea but no operational pain
We build systems that solve compounding operational pain. If you're still validating a product and don't have a team to install AI into, an audit from us would be wasted spend. Come back when you've got 5+ people and a workflow that's breaking.
